KOTC report

Was an awesome few days down here and the weather finally played ball yesterday. Firstly a big thanks to Liam, Bj and Dave at Outdoor Sportz for a top comp and for sending us in the right direction ( a little local knowledge goes a long way). A few pics: This bad boy I got on my Demon Blood and 5000 Stella what a work out lol. I had hooked into something earlier on my 8000 that nearly pulled my arms out of their sockets but ended up getting bricked.Reagan with his pearler pinky which went 760mm pic doesn't do it justice. The day's catch, so we bagged out and pretty stoked. Lots of of good ground down there to have fun and hunt on. We'll be back!

Thanks Mate, ha ha you
Thanks Mate, ha ha you wouldn't the drama's I had getting home. The boat trailer blew a tyre literally just past the golf course roundabout. No worrries sorted within ten minutes. Organised to drop into mum's at Capel 5k's out the Trition decides to boil it guts out. So limp to mum's verrry slowly before it overheated again. RAC out 3 hrs later apparrently the fan hub is stuffed. So had to leave the boat at mum's (thank F*ck she lives in Capel lol) and the Triton was ok with no load. So have to get back down to pick up the boat. I had the fish nicely cooled in the WAECO but had to dump that at mum's too and put them in a tub with ice as the fridge won't fit in the back. Farrrk so home and filleting finally.Fresh Pinky for tea Was it all worth it? You bet!!

Great catch mate!!
Not wanting the actual location, just wondering which side of the Cape these were caught? I've only got a small boat and am heading down to Dunsborough soon and hoping I can get some decent fish on the geographe bay side of the Cape
cheers

Sorry to hear you had drama's heading home Andy. Anyone of us down here would have helped you out if your mum wasn't in Capel.
