Ningaloo Reef
Heaps of monsters up there on the West Side of the cape. Head down into the National Park.
You didn't specify where.

before i got a boat I used
before i got a boat I used to get crays snorkelling off the south wall of hillary's, just swim out to the reef where the underwater centre is. Another spot is jump off the south wall of ocean reef marina and there is limestone reef just off the shore there. My favourite spot is around the Two Rocks just south of Two Rocks marina. With there being a few crays around this year you should do alright but a easterly wind is the best for visibility. cheers ACE

Hillarys South wall
if this is boy in a boat reef you are talking about that's sanctuary zone and that only thing you can take there is pictures.
My spots are so secret even the fish don't know about them !

Two Rocks
Just head out in front of Leemans Landing by the southern of the Two Rocks. Heaps of crays all round the outer edges and inside the whole reef.
Just watch out for where the locals have dropped their pots, they don't take too well about divers getting near them.

next tip is join a freedive club (WA Undersea or BWFD) to learn all you can. Freediving can be very dangerous.
