Land Based Jurien Bay
Submitted by wez0062 on Wed, 2016-11-16 14:24
Hi guys, heading up to Jurien for the weekend but cant drag the boat unfortunately. Can anyone give me general idea of a decent land based spot to get my line stretched a bit.
And I did check previous posts, but they seem to be a few years old & maybe not that accurate now.
thanks in advance

Town jetty produces bread
Town jetty produces bread and butter along with a few unstoppables and the chance for a small shark or mulloway.
Beaches are pretty similar, try sandy cape or the point just south of town. Usually plenty of herring, tailor and whiting around.

Im not a fan of braving the crowds either but unless the forecast changes you might not have many options besides the jetty or marina

Hill River
we actually fished there back in April, when the river broke thru, got sweet F/A, but was very windy & heaps of seaweed.
I think I might go back & try again.
Thanks pirate
