Lower Gearcase rebuild

Just wondering if anyone has had a lower gearcase rebuilt locally.

Looked at doing it myself, but too many special tools and pullers. Would prefer it was done by someone who knows them well. Yammy F200

Not a hard job to do if your Mechy minded I have rebuilt a few now and saved a mint for myself and friends.
The dollars needed to be spent all comes down to what damaged has been done and parts needed.
Whats the issue Damaged or Hours?

No Problem with ability (I think, I've rebuilt several engines over the years)
I was more concerned about not having the correct pullers and special tools.

It's making a horrific noise after being in storage for a few months. My guess is it leaked water, and locked up a bearing. Shaft is quite stiff when cold.
