hey wat size lure should I use if i want to catch tailor but still get herring

if you want both
herring will take whole mulies and thats the size of a 50gram metal lure.
but the one i've had most luck with for both is 30gram halco twisty and 40 gram metals

What does this twisty do?? Is it some sort or hard body or more like a jig?

Its a metal slice with curls
Its a metal slice with curls on each end which makes it twist and wobble at slower speeds or skip across the surface if you cna get it fast enough.

i use 5 gram halco twistys
i use 5 gram halco twistys for herring and i sometimes get tailor on it. about 20-30 is good for both

when where goin 4 tailor i
when where goin 4 tailor i use the smilin jacks and they work awesome, out fish mates every time when there using metal lures, when we troll around mandurah in the estuary out side the channels and the cut we always get our bag limit easy with the smilin jacks and still get herring on them they are great lures, there are 2 sizes of them i think the 1 that works great 4 me is about 10cm long
