Mackies...
Didnt miss much. We set out to troll up some live bait (tailor) along the beaches around alkimos while the easterly blew hard but the water was dirty so no strikes. Beaches up thete pretty much weed free for all the lb fishos. Headed out behind the the 3 mile north of staggies when it dropped off but didnt even bother pullin lures with water temp barely 21 degrees. Seen a heap of birds workin right on staggies reef. Might get a salmon run this year???
