Mandurah crabs

Hey guy jus a quick report on the crabs in the Mandurah estuary... Headed out at 5 this morning drop netting in 1.5m and managed our 20 in 8 pulls... Lively little buggers and full of meat too!

Nice work.
I tried scouping in mandurah on Sunday and only managed two- just sized (released). Not many around in the shallows and almost all babies.

mate high tide seems to rub the right spot for these tasty lil fuks I try today and got nothing until 3/4 high tide and they just come out of no where. got my 10 bluys in 30mins. I was in the port bouvard canals

ive been nipped by a few
ive been nipped by a few larger ones while fishing for whiting in the shallows. Seen some nice ones hiding in the weed beds quite close to shore.
