Thanks for the video, good size Tuna for the smoker.
I recently bought an upright pellet smoker and did a heap of Mackie, Tuna and Cobia, makes the mouth water....

Whenever we head north always hope for a small yellowfin to sashimi and also steaks like you say, it tastes like butter.
