Carnarvon- Your best bet is
Carnarvon- Your best bet is casting plastics of the one mile jetty for bream, spangled emperor and mulloway. Definetly worth taking the trip to quobba, you can get to the blowholes platforms in a two wheel drive, which opens you up to heaps of pelagics. I use 100g jigs with three split rings on the back with single hooks to be able to launch them into the wind. Also Gt icecreams 4 oz flat nose with the assist hook replaced with a wire assist hook, this is incase you get a macky cruising by.
Coral bay - Really hard to fish landbased due to sanctuarys, but i would suggest GT ice creams 1 oz needle nose and shiver sticks are the way to go for trevally also 5-15g halco twistys for any dart and queenfish cruising the flats.
Exmouth- Similar to coral bay except a bit easier to fish with a few less sanctuarys, you can fish the creeks with the small RMG scorpions for mangrove jack and cod. In the gulf you will probably spend most of your time fishing as it is protected from the strong seabreeze you will get in the afternoon, there you can catch heaps of flat head and trevally. Also if your interested you can balloon a big bait out for sharks (and the occasional mackeral) on a westerly which can be a bit of good fun. Also worth packing a few rooster poppers 80 to cast around the northwest cape, as there are often captures of giant trevally if you know where to find them.
Hope that helps
