Mobile ally welder

Hey fellas need to get a couple of ally rod holders welded to the rocket launcher. Was hoping it could be done at my place, without removing the rocket launcher as its through bolted to the hardtop and I wanted to maintain factory seal if possible.

Would it be possible to protect fibreglass hardtop and deck from damage with welding mats etc or should I just remove it and take to a fabrication shop?

Any mobile ally welders NOR ocean reef area?

Tig will require minimum of 15A power supply. Bigger better welders will be 3 phase so I would take it to the workshop. To get a strong neat job I would remove the bar from the roof, no risk of heat transfer damaging the fibreglass then, and also gives the guy welding better access to control the angle for better penetration. Also if the anodising is sanded back to clean ali before welding you will get a much better weld.
