My 1st cockburn pinkies

hey, went out into cockburn sound wed night with my brother Jarrid. Fished at harding rock for 3 hours without any luck, no other boat was getting any either so we moved location and i landed my 1st legal size pinky in perth! ended up with 2 - went 68cm and 71cm. Brother got nada. We also got a huge octopus that stupidly swam past us and straight into our net.

yeah but not much we chopped up a few scalies and threw bits of em out between every beer. Only the 2nd time we've been out for them but the 1st time we berleyed hard for hours and could see fish on the sounder but couldnt get them to bite

now i've just got to get the planets to align again to get out before the ban and try and get one myself. i got a 49cm one last year but don't recall ever getting a legal one in metro waters....
