My PB Snapper

Went out Yesterday and got this 90cm approx 9kg (old spring scales)
smashing my prevous best at 70cm.
We were in the 90s great day on the water see full story in another thread.

cheers mate ,not just a ripper its an arm stretcher, puuled like there was no tomorrow then got its tail hooked onto the second set and made it a bit easier

just curious as you have done more pinky fishing,do you get them this size out deep often as i have caught a few around 3 to 4 kg size but not ever even close to this one

yeah i was wrapped when it came up shame it was not a comp day *LOL* mined you i do not catch much on those days .
Yeah rember that tread it is the biggest i have seen come in from out deep but i guess it just goes to show that they are there that is right just being in the right place ant the right time. did get a few big bust offs so maybe there was a few more out there who knows

Good one Russ ,nice size fish and a good fight i bet,should start seeing some snapper on the three mile in the next couple of months .They get them up to 14kg but anything as big as yours is a good one . well done
