Need a Trailer (Perth WA)

Hey All...
Just got a 4.4mtr glass runabout (4050mm from eye to stern) with a 55 yammy, and don't waste my time unlicenced trailer.
Never had to buy one without a boat before, been hunting for a 2nd handy but they get grabbed before I pick up the phone.
Thinking I'm gunna have to go new but prices for what they are is crazy, half the price of the boat, never get close to it back "if" sell/upgrade etc.
Been googlin, read an old thread from a couple years back re local suppliers, times change...
Whilst some of you may think the cost of a trailer is chump change compared to your tub, I'm just a low wage earner on a budget, wanna have some fun with the kids, want the best value possible.
Any suggestions/recommendations accepted

I looked for ages for a second hand trailer for my tinny but like you say they are shit or are gone before you call.
I ended up with a John Papas trailer, they are just great to deal with and prices are pretty reasonable.

Seen there gear around, sused out there website, at present its between them, Spitfire, and my local trailer dealer with Dunbier, but for what minimal material they are and how quick you could knock-em out with experience it seems allot of coin, could buy a car for what they ask..
Why I thought I'd post in here incase there's alternatives I'm not aware of, like some guy called Johno who's an aclass welder but smokes too much pot so can't hold down a job, but throwns these things together for some cash in his back garage etc.

Bought a trailer off them last year for the old mans Penguin Phantom. His original 30 year old roadmaster was just rust held ttogether by paint.
I am happy with it for the price

Your just down the road, wern't aware your in there, website dosn't come up when searching for Mandurah boats &/or trailers, must be in behind Mandurah Bolts.
Like most blokes best value possible that does the job, currently looking at ~2.5k for a new one so anything far south of that would be good, depends on condition etc.
Will try and drop in after work, what's your hours, its not on your website.

Safety Bay Road - Second hand trailer.. may be worth a look..
Hey Linoc,
If you in Rocko or nearby, take a ride down to Safety Bay road from rocko, down past the Shoalwater IGA, near George and the Dragon tavern, and about 500m down the road, on the right hand side, some dude has about a 5m twin axle trailer for sale for $880 negotiable, looks like he had a fibreglass Gaurdian type boat on it - and its fair condition and registered I think.
It has ben repainted, so not sure of the close up condition, but worth checking out.. I stopped and had a quick look, as I wanted to re-furb mine, but the new bits for mine were already on the way..
If you are not down that way, I can snap a few pics for you and measure up the trailer, and get you some contact details if ya keen?

yup the back units at the little s bend generally the little tub is out on the road, feel free to pop in (especailly if thats wat ur looking at for second hand we need to talk have one here that just got regod yesterday at that price) i am here 7 days a week generally from about 5 till 7 so anytime is good
