New Marina

This new ddevelopment takes up a bit of coast and here we are in Safety Bay asking for a boat ramp to be relocated and told government departments will not allow it due to environmental reasons. Ocean Reef and now Cockburn Sound Outer Harbour. How inconsistant can you get?

Maybe some councils just work harder for their community.

Cost an arm and a leg and you have to put your rego in. Although they have a half day rate.

ask hillarys and mindarie how business is going inside their marinas, now state gov and local council are going to add a 3rd into the mix.

when will these fools realise people cant afford $15 pints or $35 parmis, the boat pen fees are a joke as well.

we get angry at $10 parking fees wait till the prices come in for this shit

Some one needs to inform the shop owners that the boom time has finished/is over and people are more careful with their disposable funds (if there is such a thing). The shop owners are in a no win situation with the centre owners still charging top dollar for shop space and the person renting the space having to keep the high prices to meet costs and make a living.
