Wouldn't bother with the TLD

Wouldn't bother with the TLD as an allrounder, too big and bulky and the little handle sucks.  Haven't used the Torium but they look a lot more suited to mixed styles of fishing.

Another option worth considering is the old style of Saltists (new might be fine too but I haven't used them).  I've used my 30 and 50 jigging, bottom bouncing and trolling and they have done the job well.  They're very tough reels.

+1 for the Marquesa.. Use mine for everything & it has never skipped a beat. Smooth, strong and find the fast retrieve pretty handy for jigging deepish.

Got the Marquesa 12 a few weeks ago for trolling/girlfriends bottom bouncing set up.

If you're keen on one best price I found locally was Getaway Outdoors in Osborne Park.

TLD 20 2 speed, great unbreakable reels. Dont be a pussy and worry with the extra weight.

cheers
