new PB

took one of the guys from work for a fish on saturday.
the run out was a bit lumpy so it was a steady cruise out.
the sounder showed a lot of promise just off bald head so i set up for a drift.
once the boat stopped Cale started to feel a bit unwell (understatement of the year)
with the burley flowing freely we dropped down,it wasnt long before i hooked into something very lively, after a few minutes work it came to the surface,
lovely queenie measured 89cm a new PB for me..
had to head home then as cale was getting really crook so only the one fish caught, still well happy with the result.
cheers

thats a great size queenie,
thats a great size queenie, they go hard from start to finish and its a great feeling when you see a fish of that size come to the surface. Pity you couldt stay out there a bit longer as it could have been a great session .Next time get your mate to jump in for a quick dip as it is suposed to be good for sea sickness, either that or give him a travacalm tablet.

Well done but u gotta be
Well done but u gotta be harder on your deckies. Anyone who comes out with me knows that I don't care how sick u are we don't come home until the eta we have logged on at. I've had guys sick for five hours or more and they don't say a word cause they know the more they whinge the longer I will stay
Play hard fish harder
