New trailer

Picked up the new trailer from Ace Trailers in Wangara on Friday. Great trailer, good price, excellent service from Guy. Very fussy about the quality of his work and little add-ons are no problem. With torsion suspension it trails like a dream. Can absolute recommend.

Very nice looking rig, the trailer fits the boat perfect. I cant quite tell by the picture , is it aluminium ?

Here you go my trailer when delivered from Melbourne, where they assembled the trailer kit, through a Perth dealer.
Brand; "Transstyle" but still a trailer kit made in China
Good for 3.5 ton.
a few years ago just the wheels, axles and brakes would have been $8K!
We inproved it a little bit with full walk deck and electric winch.
Very happy with it indeed
some pics as it is now in use with walkdeck etc, which makes launch and retrieve by myself easily possible!

Dropping it in tomorrow so will know how she comes on and off then. Not anticipating any problems as V guides self guide onto rollers. I-Beams are 6mm material 80mm x 180mm. I like the ali build as its nearly 100kgs lighter than the steel Dunbier I replaced and its 700mm longer.
Guy from Ace did the measure up at my house and then did the build right through to rego and ready for delivery. All I had to do was deliver my boat so he could set the trailer up, he just just took it off my old trailer and put on stands. I dropped in at various stages during the build to see how it was coming along. He has a very neat set up and is well organised and has several trailers of all sizes and types currently being built. He also does a lot of conversions for the US trailers.
All up priced registered and delivered was just over $12k which I thought was quite competitive.
