What hopes, dreams and wishes are you looking forward to in 2009.
Apart from winning lotto and world peace, I am hoping we have a much better salmon season than last,
All the best, Colin Hay

I am surprised there haven't been more reports of them Jamie
On the day I went out with the Faulkners they seemed to be all over the place.

A Swan blackie
Hi Ya,
Until last week, had never specifically targeted black bream in the Swan. In fact, other than one week October 2007 in Kalbarri, had never specifically targeted balckies at all.
Hopefully, 2009 will produce some nice Swan blackies for me. In Kalbarri last year, my first ever blackie was 33cm so not a bad a start so the Swan has some catching up to do.
Cheers.

Good Weather
Hoping for better fishing weather for the year ahead. Not making any wishes for any more/better fish just that the phone doesn't ring on a callout for Sea Rescue to go and find/rescue etc anyone for the year though I know its going to happen at some stage during the year.At least let it be a simple tow in and not a serious event.
Wishing everyone a happy and prosperous new year
John

Less work hours
and a chance to get the boat in the water on a decent day (Especially the first 2 weeks in Feb as I finally will have a break and will be in Busselton).
A good fish would be nice but just getting out there will be good enough.
Cheers,
David
