Night Squiding - Parmelia Bank

Thinking of heading out late fri arvo/night to target squid. Anyone know if there are many around at the moment? First time night squiding from boat - what is the best setup and jigs i should be using for night squiding? does the allround boat light generate enough light? or should i be dropping additional lights in the water? Should i anchor up and wait or drift?

Will hit Parmelia Bank and owen anchorage, should i try any other location? Harding Rock etc...

I haven't jigged for them off the boat at night either .. but we picked up a few off the bank daytime last week with white and yellow jigs .. always on a slow drift not too fast . Maybe try slapping a small glow stick above the jig as well , I reckon you'll do alright let us know .. good luck
