no fish very quiet

 recon i did 80km on the water today , bugger all fish  , funny sort of day big tide , moon still visible at 8am , speaking with other blokes at the ramp (bent st) they had the same bugger all fish

 us too. only got a few today nothing like yesterday. there was showing on the sounder but they werent biting apart from one big bust off for sandy . wasnt the forecast weather either

 Did 60miles for alot of spots already with boats on or potted out.Managed 2 Dhu and a small Blackarse. Some good shows but as Russ said not much action. Good to meet you at the ramp Russ and Sandy, shame it was on the way out and couldn't chat longer.

 We were out behind GI , in close and maybe 1km out, got a few herring, plenty small snapper, 6 nice size skippy, but yes the fish were not really on the bite.

yeah was quiet for us too. launched form hillarys...took ages to manage a big king George, black ass, and fox fish and a few skippy....did manage to pull up 2 big occys on hooks which was good for a laugh...and dinner...
seemed only thing that was biting was seargent bakers....must have caught 6 of the buggers...... still better than doing chores I guess :)

 i got 2 x large occys on bottom rigs too on Saturday in 35m , very starnge as it hasnt happened before - they will be next trips dhu bait.
