North Mole Tiddler

Anyone know what this is? Caught it last Saturday at North Mole fishing with my eldest boy whose 10. Allready checked out fishwreckapedia and a few other online resources. Thinking a wrasse of some species.
Not very big; about 15 cm's.

Rosy Wrasse
Thanks Bee Stapes
Think you're on the money. Looks like a pretty close match going by a few photos on the net.

Then Again
Then again...
Bit more research suggests it looks a lot like a female Western King Wrasse. I think we have a positive ID.
Thanks guys.

gotta say the western and yes they do make great dhuie bait but there is nothing wrong with eating the nice white flesh either.they are in the same family as the bauldies and tuskies just a lot easier to catch and smaller. they taste great smoked as well

Eating?
Didn't realise they were good eating. Just need some a little bigger. Not lucky enough to have tasted baldie or other tuskfish yet. One step at a time... Lol
