Occy pipes over winter
Submitted by Greg77 on Mon, 2021-05-17 12:01
I'm picking up half a dozen terracotta occy pipes today. They are hard to come by and I don't want to lose them.
If I put them in loose over a patch of seagrass in the sound, would they be likely to survive the winter? Or would they move off or get buried?
If htey are likely to move, should I rope them together, or wait until next summer?

They shouldn't move being
They shouldn't move being inside Cockburn sound, probably more likely to get stolen if they have a float attached unfortunately. I've had a lot taken so now I just dive on them.
