Seniors Pass - hang on a minute
A seniors pass is issued by the state government as I understand it and is not specific to any municipality where it can be used. Please correct me if I'm wrong so how come Iceman is saying the local paper is saying you must be a resident of Coj. Shouldn't the council be limiting the seniors rate to rate payers if they wish to put limitations on who is eligible for the seniors rate.
I really have trouble with the way things are going in this state. If some authority can gouge your finances they will, just look at the CBA on tonight's news. The bank robbers used to be on the public side of the counter armed with a shot gun, now the bank robber is on the banks side of the counter armed with a nice smile but still doing the same as the old type of robber, robbing you.
In Western Australia the motto below the states crest should read "greed is good"
sick of being robbed

In the East, boat ramps are run by the state. In the West boat ramps are run by the councils which have developer mates salivating over the real estate development.
I have had people from the East gob smacked at the costs of boat facilities here.
