Octo's or Lucanus

have jigged a fair bit with the octos with great success but not used the shimano lucanus
anyone have any opinions on the lucanus or either better? or same ?

I have both, small and large, but find myself goin for the lucanus more offen probably the fact that I got my first jigged snapper on one is probably why

I'm loving the Shimano bottom ships, work really well. I used to use octas a fair bit too.

Yeah I reckon they are mint.
Yeah I reckon they are mint. I re rigged mine so hooks are not hanging low like lucanas etc

have found the fatties of the deep love the octas. dhu, rankin etc. although landed my first jigged red on an octa as well so know they work
have seen some cheap shimano lucanus so couldn't resist....yeah yeah caught me ! (shiny)

Reds love the octas and they have a decent hook on them standard.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?
