One combo, which would you take?

If you were going on a Skywest mystery flight in W.A somewhere and allowed to take one combo from your arsenal, which one would you choose?

I'd take my spheros 8000 with 8kg mono and a spare spool of 10kg braid on my king mack 8-12kg spin stick.

I dont have that many to
I dont have that many to choose from so I would take my 3 piece Ozflex OzTraveller and 6500C Abu Baitrunner with 10kg braid.
Rod fits into a 650mm poly tube and into hand luggage.

B/C for sure!
I'm with Brad, my Penn 965 baitcaster and Live Fibre 10kg rod with 30lb braid, i use that for nearly all of FWA series 6 and i nailed everything with that!
Love it so much i've just bought a duplicate also!

8 foot custom
I have an 8 foot custom built rod that I have used for everything from herring at E shed to Gt's on 50lb fireline at EXXY and everything in between , so thats the rod for me as for a reel well probably a Van Stall 250 , you can't break a Van Stall so it could handle any fishing situation you would find yourself in .

Great thread
Great thread. It has provided me with some helpful info. I just bought an 11 foot live fibre to match up with my saltist 40 for bedach and rock fishing and was pondering what rod to get to match up for boat fishing. Sounds like a smaller live fibre would be perfect.
All the best for Xmas and good luck in the New Year, Colin
