Penguin Huntress owners; past & present

Would love to hear from current and former Penguin Huntress owners in regards to what mods and upgrades they've done to improve their boat? Very keen to hear about motor upgrades, hardtop conversions etc.
Basically, anything to make their experience with the Huntress more enjoyable!

Mine has a pod on the back on which the motor is mounted.
Can't be certain but I reckon it would have been a vast improvement
in terms of ride, stability, handling.
