I'be got my saltist on a penn prevail and loving it. only caught a couple of banjos and a big eagle ray on it in the few weeks I've had it. all I can say is that it loads up really well for a 24kg rod and it casts a mile! hopefully get a mully on it soon.

Same as the guys above, been using it for ballooning and sliding and haven't had any issues definitely good value for the price. There was a large shark on here which was landed on one a few months ago.

Take care when tightening up the reel, few reports from the states saying they've cracked the top of the seat

Ive got a torsa 30 on mine landed a few sharks on it and had no issues good rod for the price I bought mine a few months back when the weather was too rough to take the boat out so wanted to go have a play on the rocks you can cast some heavy baits with it and it does load up nicely I do like the fact that it has a high mount and cosmetically not a bad looking blank
