Pre Boating Brekkys?

So what does everyone have for brekky/snack before they hit the seas? Usually im in a rush to get to the water so its either a quick sandwich for the drive or toast with cheese. This morning i went for something different - a banana and a sustagen shake, went down well but i think the banana jynxed me

So whats yours?

Just stick with a piece of toast and a few fruit bars.. Always kept something on backup just incase the hunger kicks in early out in the boat. I can't drink milk products out on the boat, makes my stomach curdle everytime.. Always a good way to get fresh berley..

Yup greasey bacon and egges, on toast with gallons of black coffee...

Course if your the sea sick type - then lots of Vitamin C tablets can't hurt...

Eat when out as well - cold pizza - nuthin beats cold pizza...

Drink cold Coke zero or Pepsi max...

Works for me...least it has so far!

Cheers!

I often find that at 4.30am there is no choice but the Mrs MAcs sausage roll that has been sitting there since god knows when. If you can survive that you can survive anything the sea can throw at you after that!!!!

Once a mate of mine bought a bp smoky and a chock milk....He was the worst berly boy I have ever encountered.....

G'day Bames how are ya:)
