Quick run out from hillarys

weather looked too good to not go fishing today so had a quick solo run out from hillarys this morning. 15 mins run to a spot in 30mtrs and the sounder lit up, dropped a bait down and bang a 60cm Dhuie pops up, dhuies continued to come up and over the next 3 hours I caught 12 or 14 (lost count), battled through them until a 40cm black arse popped up and called it a day. Also nailed a big cuttle fish, must be a few around at the moment as I got a horse on a night fish last week.

Night fish
was great weather last week, we got a just size dhu, a 60cm pinky, a stonker cray and a stonker cuttle fish along with a smattering of skippy and other bits. How did you go ?

funny that
similar fish one size pinky first night
and a mid 60 dhu next night
few squid around ,skippy were just hangin under the lights lookin at us
couldnt tempt em . flappers and pj's to stretch the arms!

Yeah hadnt been out for

Went out on saturday. Got one ok snapper and a lost 2 good fish.
