Didnt manage to land a descent fish till the last day of the trip. Was supposed to leave bright and early Tuesday morning but decided to balloon out one last gardie and ended up getting one more smaller Mackeral. Plenty of sharks around had one take about 700m of braid before my line snapped at the reel. Lucky i had some spare spools of braid with me.
Hope ya like the pics.

I was meant to be going next weekend but I am thinking of cancelling and going somehwere closer due to my time frame, was it pretty quiet up there generally or jsut a slow couple of days?

There was plenty happening rig. the first couple of days were spent at north wall and camp rock. north we lost most fish to sharks or sharks stealing our gardies. we spun at camp and my mate blake had 3 solid hook ups but dropped all 3 fish. conditions were soo good low swell and had easterlies every morning but one. Dont cancel you should defently get in to fish.
