Yeah mate, just a 4.8m quintrex, but it doesn't stop me going anywhere I wanna go, Usually hit the FAD's a few times each season, murions and peak a few times too when up that way.

I like your confidence
I like your confidence taking a 4.8m boat to the FADs. Gotta pick your day obviously. Used to love fishing Peak Island. Had the most fun session ever on big queenies on the south-east side one day! Also caught a beautiful blue trevally on fly and a small trout on fly there too.

Yeah that's it mate, pick your days but also be prepared to change your plans for the day if things aren't as forecast while your out there.
Yeah some great sport fishing around there, we were after GT's but no luck with them

Same same here Paul, conditions need to be good with Sou wester up the clacker on the way home for me to head out into the 100's up north.

We found great GT fishing
We found great GT fishing along the NW side of Anchor Island. Hard to stop with the gear we had but I managed one about 15kg. It was the side of the island that runs SW - NE.
