in the rules it stated that the mesurement would be as they are normaly measured, when the pic has come through i noticed it is very hard to see the measurement acuratley.
so what we have done is changed the shellfish measure rule to a work in progress and see what is the best way once we recive entrys.
at the moment we have run with.... end of the tail to the tip of the legs(see pic) if anyone has a problem with this please speak now!!
I am not a crayfish person/diver so not to sure on the best way atm, we want to keep the pic of the crayfish whole.
remember where not playing for $$$$$$$$$$ its just a bit of fun and something everyone can get involed in and contribute to the site.
be good to get some replys on this, especially from the crayfish/diver guys.

just had another first for the board, which has made me make some choices!!
on the chance of someone entering the excact same lenght for the same species, i have decided that to be fair on the person who first submitted the record, this recorded lenght becomes the record to beat.....
there will be no joint leaders...if the record is at 40cm....you need 40.5cm to take over on the board, and we only go up in .5cm.
please remember guys, its not a state record, if you want it that bad and have the fish to do it, join the right club and register it by the books.
its all a bit of light fun with something for members to contribute to if they wish.

its been a while with no new or upgraded entrys to the Record Board
it is getting harder to improve on but i still think there is a few fish that we can add, just need to try to remember and get a pic before cutting the fish up.
we did it yesterday with 2 nice Mack Tuna that we cut up for bait (i dont think fillets will count somehow)
we did remember on the way back into woodys and Blake has got himself 2 more fish up on the board
supprizingly the first Skippy and Amberjack, not huge and im sure can be upgraded no probs.
just a little effort guys to have your name up in lights for a while.
