went for fish with luke, millions of perch around ,(pest) got 3 good ones 2 at 1.1 and 1 at 1.2kilo. great fun on soft plastics,

You can cook them whole in alfoil and then just peel the skin off. Redfin of that size are best filleted

Skin on is the way, the scales is like a skin that just peels off when cooked. Also it keeps the juices in.
Few nice ones there John. Best time of year is when the pools are more concentrated before all the big rains come.

haha.....i use only soft plastics for them though and before you have ;).
The brighter the better.....neon oranges and pinks and reds. Also the flappier the better. Redfin are a really dumb fish. Pretty good fun though!
