Reef tank update

Added 35kg of live rock all is going nice .couple of weeks and some more rock .then some corals.

Jesus the power will be fine the $$$$$ to start the thing running is the killer
. Dont need chiller or heater as the tank stays within the range needed summer and winter..thery are the two that would push up the power.+ we got solar.

in regards to power usage I
in regards to power usage I have a 6 food tank full of cichlids wich has a decent size heater the air pump a big filter/pump and a 6 foot fluro lamp that stays on all day and on average it bumped my power bill up 10 to 20 bux over the 2 months ofr whatever it is

Looking good Paul. Set up is always the killer, running cost isn't too bad if you don't need a chiller. I have a 6x2x2 outside with 2 x 1000lt/hr filters, 3 x 300w heaters & 3 x 40w fluoros & even that lot only costs me $30 a month through winter when the heaters are on more. I've only got one fish in the tank & it costs me more than that to feed him.
Just because I smile & nod does not mean I believe the crap coming out of your mouth.
All people have the right to stupidity but some abuse the privilege.
