Did you use a hair dryer or
Did you use a hair dryer or heat gun to remove the stickers? Maybe give the glue another hit with it to soften and use those products you tried on the soft glue. I've used "Goo Off" before with good results.

Windex/glass cleaner. Just
Windex/glass cleaner. Just make sure it's not an ammonia free glass cleaner. Ammonia free ones won't work. Will still take a bit of elbow grease but should do the trick

try eucalyptis, wax and
try eucalyptis, wax and grease remover or speak to a panel beater.
You'll have to get it off before a wrap goes on anyhow otherwise it'll leave bumps!

Second for Oomph
Agree with Jayden20 the stuff works well.
PS: it is an actual product, not talking about plain old elbow grease

Let us know what worked Paul
Use some cheap "brake clean" (from the local auto parts shop)to take the residue of the glue off then use a product called "Grunt" to buff the entire hull. Practice on a small area first!!

Had the same issue, I ended up finding Toluene the best, put a bit on and then use a new razor blade to get it off, you will need a few rags and a bit of patience whatever method you use.

Custard wheel
Not sure of the proper name of it, but u can get them from automotive paint suppliers, it goes onto the end of your drill, panel beaters use it to remove pin stripping/stickers etc, when it gets warm it smells a little bit like custard - hence the name custard wheel!
