Anybody bothered targeting the
robust or common name storm
Gar . Obviously the southern is
still protected . Been seeing a heap
lately might have a crack at them .

Been getting them in lancelin
Been getting them in lancelin bay lately, #1 long shank hook works the storm gars take it easy the baits to big for southern to get down.

There are everywhere - I beleive they are undertaking a stock assessment next year, ban will be reviewed. Hope it gets lifted, lesson the hit from these potential demersal bans!
I dont know why they didnt just reduce the bag limit, as they did with herring from 30 to 12, which clearly worked.
