the FWA rods are great for
the FWA rods are great rod suited more for bigger baits n sinkers its a 4-6oz rod and would suit the 850ss
Aureus is lighter and more suited to a 2-3oz sinker
Waiting on a Sensor 12' to come up on here in your price range would be ideal and sits inbetween these 2 and casts best with 3oz sinker with better guides then both. there was one for sale for $230 offer $200 an see what happens.

Hi mate for what you have suggested you want to use your outfit for I would suggest the Shakespeare Beach Elite 12ft. Its 2 pce, Rated 10-15kg and full graphite. Will cast a 3-4oz sinker with a bait no dramas and has plenty of guts to play with Mulloway. We can do that for $150 FW price. We do have other options instore if you want to check them out.
Cheers
