Rotto diving

Hi all.
I'm lucky enough to be spending a week in rotto ATM.
I am new to scuba diving but have my gear over here in rotto.
Question is: where are some good SHORE based dive spots?
Any help would be appreciated

Fishhook
Fishhook bay, Little Parakeet island and Ricey beach. All good for walk in scuba and plenty to see. Not sure about exclusion zones etc but plenty of life there. There is a wreck at fishhook that is pretty old but good fun. Best of luck.

There is a sanctuary at Fishhook Bay so its look but but don't touch. Another good site is Green Island. Most of the bays are good just get out of the swell if there's any.

Pocillopora reef down near
Pocillopora reef down near parker point is pretty good. It's got plent of brain coral as the leeuwin current get's in there
