Round 15

Great win against the Blues and all the haters coming after us, especially after being 7 goals to 2 down in the first quarter. Seven of the eight youngest blokes on the field a good sign for next year and beyond. Young finally played and Beams and Moneybags coming back in through the two's this round. 3 highly winnable games immediately to come. Still a sniff for the top four.

Hawks vs Cats tonight, what do you reckon?

Crows vs Eagles, season ending stuff for someone, again what do you reckon?

Hey Dizzy, crank us up another one of your great memes!

Wasnt lookin good for you

Sat, 2013-07-06 11:19

Wasnt lookin good for you guys early. Waite injury allowed Reid to go forward and that was the turning point, no coming back for the Blues, Pies were too good. Micky under pressure now lol. Judd, hes to old and slow now.
Cyril's back oh yeah!
Crows to win, Boocoast have a few out

Shaky at first

Sat, 2013-07-06 11:53

Looked a bit shaky when I turned it over half way through the first quarter but got better and better as the game progressed.
Was lovely watching Mick blow steam out of his ears when things didn't go his way.

The only hope that the teams in the bottom half of the competition have got is that Essendon are stripped of their premiership points so ninth position is/could be the one for them to continue to fight for.

Geez they turned it around

Sat, 2013-07-06 12:23

Geez they turned it around after the first break , Cloke played well and alot of young players got hold of the ball .. Talk is Harry is going bail at the end of season ..Poor ole Mick's hair had the afro look by games end .

Eagles vs Adelaide not sure hopefully a good game ..

Hawks I think will win ..spewing it's not on Free to air

Try telling that to my missus, who loves watching footy as much as I do. Bloody FTA... Wet Toast and the Fruit Tingles? Could've had one on 7 and the other on 7 mate at least..

Carlton were just bloody woeful...will take Mick some time to iron out the kinks in that list unless he gets the boots prematuerly, which given the Blues delusion over their list, isn't entirely far fetched. Credit to the Pies, they looked slick.

Not Important

Sat, 2013-07-06 14:04

Just as well the Eagles and Crows game isn't important otherwise there would be a huge uproar about it not being shown free to air.

Round 15 "Ins"

Sat, 2013-07-06 13:57

Disregard who the WA based teams are playing for a minute and consider the "Ins" for each team.

For the Eagles, in comes Hill, Brennan, Cripps and Embley.

For the Dockers, in comes Spurr, Barlow, Mundy, Pavlich, and Sandilands. (We might kick more than ten goals this weekend!)

No matter what team you support, who of these would you like coming back into your team??? Despite my love of all things Fremantle, the one "in" for the Eagles I like is Josh Hill, he's a pretty useful player.

Hawthorn play pretty football but when the real heat comes, there's some serial offenders who go missing.

Must have been a good win for the Eagles sea-kem, I was too busy watching tim-o's mob do another linda lovelace impersonation.

I thought Geelong would have been on the slide this year since they've been a power house for the last few years. Just shows what good mangement can do. They are awesome.

Rahaha, sorry BJ, out livin

Sun, 2013-07-07 01:22

Rahaha, sorry BJ, out livin it, got a soft spot for freo (bon scott) saw bulk of the game, geelong seemed too tough and too many numbers around the footy. 10 pts, I can handle that to a quality side, still on top, alls good, we will beat them when it counts. Geelong have shown now they hay a strong defensive ability. Both sides missed too many shots. Good on WC, fans will be lookin forward to the derby

I suppose its cool we have

Sun, 2013-07-07 09:26

I suppose its cool we have only lost to one team and are still top but last night was much more than the Cats been too tough and having numbers about the ball...where was Hodge, in fact what happened to quite a few? Why bomb the fucking thing into the 50 in a blind panic, like the last ten matches? What's with the shit kicking in big games? It's nice to hang the hat on winning the grannies against them but just shows that there is a mental problem there when it comes to the Cats (lets not forget the 2011 qualifiying final....which a lot of people seem to blanket from their mind...)...all will be forgiven if we face off in the GF and win against them but until then, these issues are still there and haven't gone away. The last few weeks have highlighted some problems that only a far more polished side like Geelong could exploit like getting beaten on the spread and then burned through pace and exploiting our shit kicking.
