Sarca Anchor Size

Looking at a new anchor and am pretty keen on a Sarca. There is a bit of contradictory info on the sizing of what I ay need, so chasing any practical experience from someone who hopefully has something similar to what I am chasing. I have a 7.5m Westerberg hardtop and am wondering if the #3 size anchor will be big enough. I will also chuck on about 8m of chain. The boat is about 3.2T on a ali trailer with all gear and about 100l of fuel (can take up to 500l).

Shop owner Ryan Thipthorp has a heavy F/G boat and on the trailer its the same weight 3.2t. He uses the #3 Sarca and holds very well in very windy conditions when snapper fishing etc
A descent amount of chain is the key and you dont need to go the bigger/heavier #4. I just asked Ryan as I'm typing and he said spot on info and his mate had a heavy 7m Leisure Cat that weighed 3.5t on trailer and used a #3 Sarca also and no prob's.
