The next time
The next time you go for a drive you are going to have a big convoy of cars following you to see just were you are going crabbing.
Just about all the reports that I'm hearing at the ramps etc have been very negative so far as availability of crabs either by netting or scooping.
A very good catch well done.

I got my bag again last night scooping
They're there but you have to pick the right area/depth
I spent the first hour for one or two and then found the right ground and collected the next 8 within 10 - 15 mins
