Simrad nss16 evo3 not reading

  I have an assassin 6.8 with a Simrad nss evo3 with transom mount tm275.i lose picture over 5knts

i have adjust height and angles to no avail 

anyone have any issues or know any one I can pay to rectify this problem

I had exactly the same issue with a brand new NSS 16" recently. I tried everything from checking the transducer wiring through to re-mounting the transducer multiple times. I ended up calling Navico and gave them all the info with screen shots of what its doing etc and I sent the NSS back to them... I then did the same with the TM265 that I had (Turns out navico are the supplier of Airmar in Aus) so lodged 2 cases - 1 for the NSS and one for the transducer. Sent them both to Navico and they "Diagnosed" them and ended up just replacing both... Installed them and have had no dramas at all since, reads ground perfect at any speed.
