Ski Pole- Stacer or Quintrex: Wanted/Borrow.

Having a beach Family Day on Sunday. Would anyone have a Ski Pole I could borrow. It's the type that goes in where the Bait Board is mounted.(Like in Picture)

Only towing kids on floats,no "hard core watersking".

Carton coming your way to say "Thanks".

Cheers.

stacer 539 bay master 572404 001Thanks-I thought about a rear bridle, but would have problems to clear the outboard,as you can see the setup that Stacer has. Also the rear cleats/tie downs are a long way forward. I guess that's why a Ski Pole is a option on these boats?

Thanks again for checking- much appreicated.

I ended up making a Ski Pole today from scaffolding tube,as that is 48.5mm. Perfect fit.

I wasn't going to pay $298.00 for a Stacer Ski Pole-"Tight arse Pensioner"- lol

Cheers.

I use to tie it to the hand

Thu, 2019-01-03 13:20

I use to tie it to the hand rails on my poly craft with no interference of the motor like the ones you got. Even if the cleats I reckon they would be long enough. I’ll measure when I get home

Using a bridle...

A ski bridle will clear that motor/transom easy.

Using a bridle, I pulled two tubes from the handrail of my old 455 before. I didn't have tiedowns on mine.

Also pulled a wakeboarder (using bridle) many times from the welded rear cleats without an issues.
