Great catch that far up the swan, I have seen a dead Mulla approx 15kg in Bassendean after one of those algae fish kills a

few years ago.

Gotta say I am spewing as I fished 5-6 different areas in my boat from Redcliffe to Guildford the other day and only had a couple of bites

from small bream.

Certainly a great catch and lets hope it someone on fishwrecked as I would love to see some pics.

There's been plenty of big mulloway caught up around guildford over the years. I've had 2 over the 15kg mark & plenty of 8-12kg models come from around the fishmarket reserve area over the last 20 odd years I've been fishing the area. No shortage of flathead up that way either, I just don't think I'd be too keen to eat them.
