Sore Kidneys

No I wasn't visited by a bearded man with a tyre iron in the middle of the night. Took the old man out for a sesh and we decided to stay inshore as the reef was breaking.
Tried chucking lures into some whitewater on some big bombies for nought so moved onto some broken ground and did a drift and the old boy pulls in a horse after I dropped a huge tarwine. We did another drift and I pulled in another one so we drove back and anchored up and sent out a berley trail and had some great fun until the blowies turned up.
Lost about 5 rigs just below the swivel and can only assume there were some bolt cutters around.
Great morning with the old man and an even better feed. Biggest KG went 46 and biggest skippy went 39.

2 of my favourite fish to eat. Well done mate!
Fresh raw skippy sashimi with soy sauce (and wasabi) is hard to beat whilst on the water!
A fish in the hand is worth 10 in the water!

They gave me some stick on
They gave me some stick on the 1-3kg rod, 1000 Rarenium and 4lb line. Brilliant fun trying to keep em out of the reef in 4.5m
