spider crabs

hi everyone only new here and was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on where to find these spider crabs in the river as i have heard they are a good bream bait and have had no luck in finding them

I use little rock crabs
I use little rock crabs (not sure if they are the same thing)
when the tide is low enough, look around the rocks near canning bridge, we just turn them over and they are usually there.
saying that, they are all over the place

If ur talking about the little black crabs there's usually heaps of them under the rocks at shelley bridge.

oh are they the ones? yeah
oh are they the ones? yeah me and mate caught heaps there once when we were bored.. just put them all into that like metal bucket thing underwater

yeah jono sounds like the
yeah jono sounds like the ones i heard they where spider crabs you never know cheers i fish shelley bridge now and then so ill have a look next time any tricks or just be quick and grab em

No tricks just look under
No tricks just look under the rocks in the shallow water and grab them they don't run away.
