Squid reports - hillarys?

Read somewhere recently about good squid around hillarys. thinking about trying it on sunday. Has anyone been? Can anyone confirm there are good catches of squid near hillarys at the moment? it could be that or bream on the river :/

This pains me to say
This pains me to say but......Im planing on goin off Hillarys on Sunday and I can show you where to get squid, might do a few drifts meself, should be a few around still, the water should be nice and clear, but plan on headin out and getn a few whiting and maybe a flatty out behind the 3 mile. Pm me if you want, I WILL be wearing my Hawks gernsey mohahaha

We got plenty of whiting
We got plenty of whiting just south of Hillarys. Excellent size too. Didn't try for squid but the water looked good.

Did you see many whales? We saw about 50 on Friday, including one that swam upside down under our boat whilst we were trolling.
