The track

Yes the track is a bit cut up at the moment, with no rain at Steep for quite a while. The first hill up is very ordinary with deep ruts and quite uneven. Once past there it is OK but plenty of corrugations for the rest of the way. It has also been very windy the last couple of weeks. This can change in a heartbeat as we all know. The water is warm at about 24-26C so there should be plenty of fish about.
If I hear any more reports I will let you know ASAP as you leave very soon.

Stax

PS, pray for rain in the next week or so.

Thanks for the reply gents,

Thanks for the reply gents, hopefully the track isn't toooo bad given I'm towing a trailer in again (only a 6x4 jobbi with bulky but only lite weight stuff loading in it, plus it's purpose build for sh!tty tracks - so hopefully I 'should' be okay) - always been conscious of cutting the track up with a bigger trailer!

We've got a White hilux with trailer and blue troopy for first week then Mitsubishi challenger joining us for second week.....gazebo city (at is everyone), at the fault line if we have a choice as oven too bloody hot for us softies......don't know Mancini sorry, we're: Chris (good looking one with too much facial hair) Richard (ugly and doesn't know how to fish!) Warren and Hayden.

(We were there last year same dates)

feel free to drop in for a cold one anytime Adam, we'll look out for ya......maybe PM with phone number and if you get into any dramas feel free to txt us and we'll try and find ya - more mates the better I reckon some times up there - last year ran out of gas for BBQ and without the next camp We would have been on cold baked beans for two weeks!)
