Anyone see the fishing reports in the Sunday times?

In particular the short read of the guy out from west end harrased by a 4m white.
Atricle says the shark advanced at him but seemed to turn off when came into the range of the shark shield.

Interesting to read a 'close encounter' when someone is actually using one.

Any of you had such experiences where you believe the shark shield has done its job?
