sunline is really good never
sunline is really good never had any problems with it. PE means a standard diameter so if you do a google search you might find a table that lists the standard diameter for PE

Sunline is a great line. I've only used the lighter stuff (6lb and 10lb I think) but have always been happy with it.
On a Stella 5000 you should fit around 270m of PE3 so I guess you'd go similar on the stradic. By the way it also depends what you want it for. If you are jigging with it then you should look at getting some metered (multi-coloured) braid but otherwise it doesn't matter too much.
The Varivas sea bass is selling pretty cheap also I've noticed. Much cheaper than the higher strength Varivas lines. I've been thinking of giving it a go. If you do, let us know how it goes!
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

Another happy user of Sunline Super PE. Use it on all my bream/whiting rods (6lb to 10lb) and have started using it now on my surf spining rods (30lb to 50lb).
top quality product.

I have whiplash 20lb green in
I have whiplash 20lb green in 300m and it fills my Twinpower 4000XG to the rim without any left overs. I used it mainly for heavy soft plastics and casting for pelagics from the boat on light stickbait/popper/minnows.
I reckon it has the right amount of stiffness and doesn't give me any windknots so far.
I reckon you'll only be able to fit 270m of the 30lb Whiplash on your 5000 FJ. Best to buy the 200m spool and use backing to fill the gap.
I have tried spooling YGK Jigman X8 PE2.5 (40lb) 300m on my Stella 5000PG but it wouldn't take all of it. Stella 5000 should have the same capacity as Stradic 5000.

it all comes down to what you
it all comes down to what you want to do with the reel and how much you want to spend. if your jigging, buy jigging braid, if your casting by casting braid. Sunline Super PE is a good quality alround line
